Shipping

All our products are sent from Shenzhen-China or Hong Kong to our EU warehouse, we pay all import duties for EU-European Union buyers (no TAX or VAT) so there is no any additional charges, final price is the price you will see on the checkout page. After importing, products are dispatched to our buyers from EU warehouse.

Please note, all non-EU customers will pay customs duties and other charges.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-5 days after receipt of payment and they are shipped via DHL or UPS (EU Express shipping method) with tracking. After shipment we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Delivery time is 15 working days. In some cases depends on the item you can receive your product via some local couriers in your country, the tracking number is also provided.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects, boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Warranty

The default product warranty period is 1 (one) year starting from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligible for free repair. Any free repair needs to be confirmed with a Customer Service.

Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item accordingly, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to the customer. If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will not be eligible for free repair, however customers in some case can return it at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees will be the customers responsibility in such cases.

The warranty is voided if:

Came to the physical damage of the device

Firmware of a device is flashed or device is rooted

The device is damaged by dropping into water or other liquid

The body is open in an attempt of repairing the device
